Privacy Policy
Leads Pipeline is a product of Risen Digital, LLC ("Risen Digital," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers our website at leadspipeline.io and the services we provide to our customers.
1. Two different kinds of information
It matters which one we're talking about, because our responsibilities are different for each.
- Your information. Information about you and your business, collected when you visit our site, request information, sign up, or use the service. We decide how this is used, and this policy governs it.
- Your customers' information. Information about the people who contact your business — their names, phone numbers, messages, call recordings and job details — which flows through the system we operate for you. We handle this on your behalf and under your instructions. You are responsible for that information and for having the right to collect it. We process it only to provide the service to you, and we do not use it for our own purposes, sell it, or market to your customers.
2. Information we collect from you
When you contact us or sign up
- Your name, business name, trade, mobile phone number and email address
- Your consent to be contacted by text message, and the date and time you gave it
When you complete intake
- Business details: legal and trading name, address, phone, hours, service area and the towns you cover
- The services you offer, your pricing approach, and how you describe your work
- License and insurance information you choose to provide
- Photos and logos you send us, including by text message
- Your existing website and domain details, and access you grant us to your Google Business Profile
- Which of our designs you select and any changes you request
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We receive only what Stripe returns to us — the last four digits, card brand, expiry, billing status and payment history.
Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and referring page
- Pages viewed and actions taken on our site
- Log and diagnostic data from our hosting and infrastructure providers
3. How we use your information
- To build, launch and maintain your website and configure your account
- To communicate with you about setup, changes, support and service notices
- To take payment and keep billing records
- To generate the reports we send you about your own results
- To keep the service secure, diagnose problems and prevent abuse
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, and are used only to deliver the messages described below.
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Leads Pipeline relating to your enquiry, your setup and your account.
- What we send: your intake link, your build status and preview links, questions we need answered to finish your site, appointment and support messages, and account notices.
- Frequency: varies. Most messages happen during your first week while your site is being built.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for messages; your carrier may.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email us.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use the service without agreeing to text messages — it just means we'll reach you by email or phone instead.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Messages sent from your business number
The service sends text messages to your customers from a business phone number registered to you. Those messages are sent on your behalf and under your control. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people, and for complying with the TCPA and any other rules that apply to your business. Every message we configure includes the ability to opt out.
5. Call recording and transcription
Important, and your responsibility. The service can record, transcribe and summarize calls to your business number. Some states — including Florida — require the consent of all parties before a call is recorded. Others require only one party.
You are responsible for determining which rules apply to you and for making sure the required notice and consent are in place before recording is switched on. We will help you configure a recording announcement, but the obligation is yours. If you are unsure, ask a lawyer or leave recording turned off.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your progress through forms, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may stop working if you do.
7. Who we share information with
We share information only with the providers that make the service work, and only what each one needs. Each is bound to protect it.
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | The CRM, inbox, pipeline, automations and mobile app |
| Twilio | Phone numbers, calls and text message delivery |
| Stripe | Payment processing |
| Supabase | Database for account and intake records |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, domains and security |
| Business Profile management, email and workspace tools | |
| Anthropic | Generates draft website copy from your intake answers |
| GitHub | Stores and builds the website code |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we'll tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
8. How long we keep information
- Account and intake records: for as long as you're a customer, and up to 24 months after you cancel.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
- Your customers' lead data: for as long as your account is active. You can export it at any time. After cancellation we keep it for 30 days so you can retrieve it, then delete it.
- Enquiries that never become customers: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- SMS consent records: retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access or correct the information we hold about you — email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
- Export your leads at any time while your account is active.
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Stop marketing email using the unsubscribe link. We'll still send service messages about your account.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights. Tell us what you want and we'll honor it where the law requires and where we reasonably can either way.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. Credentials are stored in secrets managers, never in code. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects your information, we will tell you promptly and tell you what happened.
11. Children
The service is for businesses. It isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make a material change we'll update the date at the top and notify active customers by email or text before it takes effect.
